ppgame Privacy Policy

§1 Introduction

ppgame ("ppgame", "Company", "we", "us", "our") operates the online gaming platform at ppgame.bet ("Platform") under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR"). We are committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all players, visitors, and users ("you", "your") who interact with our Platform.

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, the legal bases on which we rely, the parties with whom we may share it, how long we retain it, and the rights available to you under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, as enforced by the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines ("NPC").

By registering an account, depositing, or using any service on ppgame, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. If you do not accept this Policy, you must discontinue use of the Platform.

§2 Data Controller

For the purposes of the Data Privacy Act of 2012, ppgame is the Personal Information Controller in respect of all personal data collected through the Platform. Our designated Data Protection Officer ("DPO") is responsible for overseeing compliance with this Policy and applicable data protection law. Contact details for our DPO are provided in Section 15 of this Policy.

§3 Personal Data We Collect

ppgame collects personal data in the following categories, depending on how you interact with the Platform:

ppgame does not collect sensitive personal information beyond what is strictly required for identity verification, PAGCOR licensing compliance, and Philippine AML law obligations. We do not collect biometric data, religious affiliation, political opinion, or health information except where directly relevant to a responsible gaming assessment initiated by the player.

§4 How We Use Your Personal Data

ppgame processes personal data only for the following specified, explicit, and legitimate purposes:

• Account Management: Creating and maintaining your ppgame account, verifying your identity, and managing your login credentials and session security.
• Service Delivery: Processing deposits and withdrawals, providing access to games, crediting bonuses, and maintaining your gaming history and wallet balance.

• Customer Support: Responding to player queries, resolving disputes, and managing complaint escalations.
• Platform Improvement: Analysing aggregated, anonymised Platform usage data to improve game offerings, user interface performance, and payment processing reliability.
• Marketing Communications: Sending promotional offers, bonus notifications, and loyalty program updates to players who have opted in to receive such communications. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time via your ppgame account settings.
• Legal Proceedings: Retaining and disclosing data as required by court order, regulatory direction from PAGCOR or the NPC, or other applicable legal process.

§5 Legal Basis for Processing

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, ppgame relies on the following legal bases for processing your personal data:

• Contractual Necessity: Processing required to perform the player account agreement, including account creation, payment processing, and game access.
• Legal Obligation: Processing required to comply with PAGCOR licensing conditions, AMLA reporting obligations, NPC requirements, and other applicable Philippine law.
• Legitimate Interests: Processing for fraud prevention, platform security, and aggregate analytics where these interests are not overridden by your privacy rights.
• Consent: Processing for marketing communications and non-essential cookies, where you have provided explicit, freely given consent that may be withdrawn at any time.

§6 Sharing of Personal Data

ppgame does not sell your personal data. We may share personal data with the following categories of third parties only to the extent necessary for the purposes described in this Policy:

• Payment Processors: GCash (G-Xchange, Inc.), Maya (PayMaya Philippines, Inc.), BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other payment service providers — solely to process your deposit and withdrawal transactions.
• Game Software Providers: JILI Technology, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution, and other certified game suppliers — for the purpose of delivering game content, RNG certification, and live casino streaming. These providers process technical session data only; they do not receive your identity or financial data.
• Regulatory Authorities: PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), and law enforcement agencies — where disclosure is required by law, court order, or regulatory direction.
• Identity Verification Providers: Third-party KYC service providers engaged to assist with document verification and identity authentication in compliance with PAGCOR and AMLA requirements.

All third parties engaged by ppgame as Personal Information Processors are contractually bound to process personal data only in accordance with ppgame's instructions and applicable data protection law.

§7 Data Retention

ppgame retains personal data for the following periods, after which data is securely deleted or anonymised:

• Account and Identity Data: For the duration of your active ppgame account plus a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, as required by PAGCOR licensing conditions and Philippine AML law.
• Financial and Gaming Transaction Data: A minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, in compliance with AMLA record-keeping requirements.
• Communication Data: Three (3) years from the date of the last communication, or longer if the communication is relevant to an ongoing dispute or regulatory inquiry.
• Technical and Log Data: Twelve (12) months from the date of generation, unless retained longer for active security investigation purposes.
• Marketing Consent Records: Retained for the duration of your account plus a reasonable period to demonstrate compliance in the event of a regulatory inquiry.

§8 Cookies and Tracking Technologies

ppgame uses first-party cookies and similar technologies to operate the Platform. We do not place third-party advertising or behavioural tracking cookies. The cookies used on ppgame.bet fall into the following categories:

• Strictly Necessary Cookies: Session authentication tokens, CSRF protection tokens, and load-balancing cookies that are essential for the Platform to function. These cannot be disabled without impairing your ability to use ppgame.
• Functional Cookies: Cookies that remember your language preference, game lobby layout settings, and login state for the "Remember me" feature. These require consent and may be disabled via your browser settings.

§9 Data Security

ppgame implements a range of technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:

• 256-bit TLS/SSL encryption for all data in transit between your device and ppgame's servers.
• Encryption of sensitive data at rest within ppgame's database infrastructure.
• Role-based access controls limiting employee access to personal data on a strict need-to-know basis.
• Two-factor authentication for all administrative access to ppgame's internal systems.
• Regular third-party penetration testing and security audits of the Platform infrastructure.
• Incident response procedures compliant with NPC breach notification requirements under RA 10173.

In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, ppgame will notify the NPC within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of the breach, and will notify affected players without undue delay in accordance with NPC Circular 16-03.

§10 Your Data Subject Rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights in respect of your personal data held by ppgame:

• Right to Be Informed: The right to be informed of how your personal data is being processed — as provided by this Policy.
• Right of Access: The right to obtain a copy of the personal data ppgame holds about you.
• Right to Rectification: The right to have inaccurate or incomplete personal data corrected. You may update most account information directly through your ppgame account settings panel.
• Right to Erasure: The right to request deletion of your personal data, subject to ppgame's legal retention obligations under PAGCOR rules and AMLA. Where a legal retention obligation applies, ppgame will inform you of the applicable retention period.
• Right to Object: The right to object to processing of your personal data for marketing purposes. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time from your ppgame account communication preferences.
• Right to Data Portability: The right to receive a copy of personal data you have provided to ppgame in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
• Right to Lodge a Complaint: The right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission at [email protected] if you believe ppgame has processed your personal data in violation of RA 10173.

To exercise any of the above rights, please contact ppgame's Data Protection Officer as described in Section 15. We will respond to all verified data subject requests within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt.

§11 Minors

ppgame's Platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and above, as required by PAGCOR regulations. ppgame does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If ppgame becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, we will immediately close the associated account, void any transactions, and delete the data in accordance with applicable law. If you are a parent or guardian who believes your minor child has accessed ppgame, please contact our support team immediately.

§12 Third-Party Links

ppgame.bet does not contain links to external third-party websites. In the event that future Platform features include links to third-party services — such as PAGCOR's official website or NPC resources — ppgame is not responsible for the privacy practices of those external sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party website you visit.

§13 Cross-Border Data Transfers

Some of ppgame's third-party service providers — including certain game software providers and cloud infrastructure partners — may process personal data outside the Republic of the Philippines. Where such transfers occur, ppgame ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with NPC requirements for cross-border data transfers, including contractual clauses that impose data protection obligations equivalent to those under RA 10173 on the receiving party.

§14 Changes to This Policy

ppgame may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in applicable law, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, or our data processing practices. The revised Policy will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, ppgame will notify registered players by a prominent notice on the Platform and/or by email to your registered address at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of a revised Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

ppgame's DPO will acknowledge all data subject requests within five (5) business days and provide a substantive response within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a complete, verified request. For complaints that cannot be resolved through ppgame's internal process, you retain the right to escalate to the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.
