You must not disclose your credentials to any third party and must take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your account.
ppgame will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You must notify ppgame's support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. ppgame may, in its absolute discretion, temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any suspected security breach.

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, ppgame's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any game shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ppgame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether ppgame has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
ppgame does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malicious software at all times. Players are advised to maintain up-to-date security software on their own devices.
ppgame reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, where ppgame reasonably determines that the account holder has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of the account presents a regulatory risk to ppgame's PAGCOR license.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, ppgame will endeavor to communicate the reason for suspension and the expected investigation timeline to the affected player within three (3) business days. Players may submit a formal dispute through ppgame's customer support channel. ppgame's decision regarding account suspension or termination following completion of an internal investigation is final, subject to any applicable regulatory appeal process under PAGCOR rules.
You may close your ppgame account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any available balance net of outstanding bonus wagering obligations will be returned to your registered withdrawal method within ten (10) business days.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the relevant provisions of the Civil Code of the Philippines, Republic Act No. 9487 (Interactive Gaming Act), and applicable PAGCOR regulations. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ppgame's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Prior to commencing formal proceedings, players agree to attempt resolution of any dispute through ppgame's customer support team. Where a dispute relates to ppgame's compliance with its PAGCOR license obligations, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR's regulatory complaint channel.
ppgame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided through a notice on the Platform homepage and/or by email to your registered email address at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required for legal or regulatory compliance, in which case changes may take effect immediately upon publication.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
